It’s automatically set up to show your current mile pace and will capture and display the split time for every mile you run. Alternatively, you can adjust this to kilometres if you prefer, or even change the distance to get more frequent splits. The Forerunner 110’s rechargeable battery lasts for up to 3 weeks when used as a watch or 6 to 8 hours when training.
Fast and Accurate
Forerunner 110 features HotFix satellite prediction, which means it locks onto satellites quickly so you can be out the door and on with your run in no time. It also has a high-sensitivity GPS receiver to stay locked onto satellites, even near tall buildings or under tree cover.

Beginner and advanced runners alike know that reviewing data from your run can be motivating and provide meaningful feedback for improvement. Data from each run is stored in the unit, so you can go back and see how you did last week or last month.

Keep all of your workout data stored at Garmin Connect for comprehensive analysis. Garmin Connect presents your data in clear and easy to understand evaluation. Reports are also a great way to track your fitness goals and progress. Run reports by activity or event. Activity Type reports allow you to see statistics on the specific activities you’re involved with, for example, road cycling or downhill skiing. Event Type reports allow you to group events such as races, training or recreation. You can also run reports by day, week, month or year.
In addition Garmin Connect allows you to create fitness goals and send them to supported devices. As you complete activities toward your goals they are tracked in your device and Garmin Connect. On the Goals page, create new goals, track historical progress and gauge your progress against active goals.
